This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Clumsy's Lab LLC covering your use of the ClumsyLinkWatch™ software application (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, opening, or otherwise using an authorized build, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this EULA.
If you accept this EULA on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ClumsyLinkWatch™, its branding, software, interface design, documentation, screenshots, and related materials are the intellectual property of Clumsy's Lab LLC. The Software is licensed, not sold.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Software or grant any right to reuse ClumsyLinkWatch™ or Clumsy's Lab™ branding except as expressly allowed in writing.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Clumsy's Lab LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClumsyLinkWatch™ for personal use free of charge, on your own network connection(s).
Commercial, business, team, consultant, or MSP use requires a Pro or Consultant license once those tiers are available. Unless Clumsy's Lab states otherwise in writing, this license should not be interpreted as granting open redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, or broad commercial deployment rights.
ClumsyLinkWatch™ is an early-stage product. Builds may change without notice and may contain bugs or classification edge cases that are still being refined, particularly around fault classification accuracy for unusual network topologies.
Evidence reports generated by the Software reflect the Software's own probe results and classification logic. Review a report's contents before relying on it for a dispute, and note that Clumsy's Lab LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome with your ISP based on a generated report.

You may not, unless Clumsy's Lab gives written permission:
ClumsyLinkWatch™ stores connection probe results, timestamps, and derived events locally on your machine in a local database. The Software does not transmit your monitoring data to Clumsy's Lab LLC or any third party.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any account numbers, ISP names, or location details you enter into a generated report, and for how you choose to share or store exported reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClumsyLinkWatch™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clumsy's Lab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of business, or disputes with your ISP arising out of or related to use of the Software.
This limitation applies even if Clumsy's Lab has been advised that such damages might occur.
This license may terminate automatically if you violate this EULA. Clumsy's Lab may also withdraw access to pre-release builds, beta programs, or evaluation copies at any time.
Clumsy's Lab may modify the Software, release channels, license tiers, or related license language as the product evolves. Updated public legal pages may replace earlier wording as the product reaches broader release stages, including the introduction of Pro and Consultant licensing.
