This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Clumsy's Lab LLC covering your use of the ClumsyFileMover™ software application (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, opening, or otherwise using an authorized build, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this EULA.
If you accept this EULA on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ClumsyFileMover™, its branding, software, interface design, documentation, screenshots, and related materials are the intellectual property of Clumsy's Lab LLC. The Software is licensed, not sold.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Software or grant any right to reuse ClumsyFileMover™ or Clumsy's Lab™ branding except as expressly allowed in writing.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Clumsy's Lab LLC grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ClumsyFileMover™ for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, including use at work, for clients, and within a business, on devices you own or control. No license fee or license key is required.
This license does not grant redistribution, resale, or sublicensing rights. Obtain the Software from the Microsoft Store or from clumsyslab.tech; copies distributed by anyone else are not authorized by Clumsy's Lab LLC.
ClumsyFileMover™ is currently an in-development product. Beta or evaluation builds may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may contain bugs, workflow issues, or data-handling edge cases that are still being refined.
Do not treat an in-development build as guaranteed production-safe. Test carefully, validate results independently, and keep your own backups before using the Software in any workflow that matters.

You may not, unless Clumsy's Lab gives written permission:
ClumsyFileMover™ is intended to help move or organize files, which means your use of the Software can affect real data. You are responsible for confirming paths, destinations, credentials, overwrite behavior, and job settings before relying on any transfer.
You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, testing workflows safely, and verifying that the Software is suitable for your use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClumsyFileMover™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clumsy's Lab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of business, interrupted operations, or failed transfers arising out of or related to use of the Software.
This limitation applies even if Clumsy's Lab has been advised that such damages might occur.
ClumsyFileMover™ is free and is no longer sold. Pro licenses purchased before September 16, 2026 were processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), a third-party payment processor. Clumsy's Lab LLC did not process, store, or have access to payment card numbers, CVV codes, or billing addresses; those were handled by Lemon Squeezy under their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Refunds: Those purchases remain covered by the original 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Email support@clumsyslab.tech within that window for a full refund.
License keys: Previously issued Pro keys continue to work and can still be managed in Settings → License. Keys are personal and non-transferable. No key is needed to use the Software.
This license may terminate automatically if you violate this EULA. Clumsy's Lab may also withdraw access to pre-release builds, beta programs, or evaluation copies at any time.
Clumsy's Lab may modify the Software, release channels, access process, or related license language as the product evolves. Updated public legal pages may replace earlier in-development wording when the product reaches a broader release stage.
