How do I know if I need a Pro license?
If you use ClumsyFileMover™ as part of your job, freelance work, or any activity where you or your employer earns money, that is commercial use and requires a Pro license. Personal projects, learning, and hobbyist use on your own time are free.

Is this really a one-time purchase?

What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal in supported regions. Clumsy's Lab does not process or store payment card data — that is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy.
Why is a Microsoft Store release planned?
The Microsoft Store gives Windows users a trusted install and update path without requiring Clumsy's Lab to distribute unsigned installers as the normal path. Direct downloads remain available for beta/manual installs, but the Store path is planned as the smoother option for most users once the package is approved.
What is the refund policy?
